ABOUT THE ROLE As an HVAC Engineer, you will be part of our National engineering team, responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial and retail sites. You will ensure HVAC systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory and client requirements. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WITHIN YOUR SPECIFIED AREA Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, split systems, and chillers Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical and electrical HVAC components Ensure work is completed in line with statutory compliance, SFG20, and company procedures Complete job documentation accurately via CAFM system Identify and report remedial works with clear technical detail Maintain van stock, tools, and plant Participate in call-out rota where applicable WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning
