ABOUT THE ROLE As a HVAC / Gas multiskilled Engineer, you will be part of our National engineering team, responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial and retail sites. You will ensure HVAC / Gas systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory and client requirements. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WITHIN YOUR SPECIFIED AREA Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Carry out PPM tasks in line with SFG20 , statutory requirements, and contract specifications. Maintain and service HVAC and gas plant including: Commercial gas boilers and heaters AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, split systems Pumps, valves, fans, controls, and associated plant Ensure all works are completed proactively, efficiently, and to the required standard.
