We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, well-connected Publicist to join our successful PR Company.Role & responsibilities:• Work carried out on a campaign by campaign basis, choose how many campaigns you work.• Develop artists stories, persona, and creative through ideation• Manage multiple artist campaigns or projects, securing online press features, interviews, premieres, sessions, podcasts, through online publications, influencers, and brands• Eat, breathe, and sleep today’s digital & mobile consumer, to develop brand-specific strategies that, ultimately, help artists grow (that’s why we love social and digital marketing, after all!).• Guide and contribute to the development of creative ideas and deliverables• Be well versed in the various Paid Media and Measurement opportunities in social, digital, and broader marketing mix, to provide client recommendations on the proper social & digital KPIs, based on brand-specific goals.• Identify and help sell-through incremental campaign opportunities to clients, that help them achieve their goalsRequirements• You have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in working as a publicist for musicians and artists, labels, and or management agencies.• You have experience with both new technology and digital platforms• You have a strong network of your own with top tier publications and brand outlets• You are able to work independently with little supervision, with assertiveness to take action.• You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy environment• You want to have an impact and feel passionate about the work that you do• You are driven and hungry for success, and always want to learn more• You enjoy collaboration• You have top-notch social and communication skills to deliver impeccable strategic social counsel• You have a positive, can-do attitude.     We’re looking for a versatile designer who can hit the ground running: someone who lives and breathes social media design, graphic content and video creation, and who thrives under deadlines and brand-guidelines. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to create eye-catching posts, reels, stories, banner graphics, motion / video content and other marketing visuals in line with artist campaigns.Key responsibilities Design and deliver social media graphics: Instagram posts & stories, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, banners, etc Create short-form video content (motion graphics, edits, stylised clips) tailored for social media platforms Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across campaigns Work to strict deadlines, adapt rapidly to feedback and iterate quickly Collaborate with account managers, content creators and artists to understand the brief and deliver on the vision Keep up to date with social trends, formats, and emerging visual styles in the music & entertainment space Who you are A designer with strong graphics experience PLUS videography/editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere / Final Cut, or equivalent) Experienced in creating social-first visuals and video content that stands out in a crowded feed Comfortable working to brand guidelines and able to adapt style accordingly Excellent time-management: you meet deadlines, handle multiple deliverables and stay organised Creative and flexible: you respond to feedback, pivot quickly when needed and bring fresh ideas Ideally: experience in music, entertainment or agency environment (but not essential if you bring strong design/video skills and enthusiasm) Portfolio that shows both strong still graphic work and social video content What we offer A dynamic, creative working environment where good ideas matter Opportunity to work on music/artist campaigns and elevate your portfolio Flexible working (remote/office hybrid) – we’re London & Brighton based, but welcome remote applications Competitive compensation aligned with skills and experience Chance to grow with a forward-looking agency passionate about pushing boundaries How to apply
