    We are offering an opportunity for experienced and dedicated Spinal Injury Support Workers to join our new client in Cardiff, working on a 2:1 ratio working sleeping night shifts. To support their independence and lifestyle, we’re seeking support workers who are confident, empathetic, and capable of building a strong, trusting relationship. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest. What We’re Looking For Due to the client's needs, we’re seeking a support worker with: A genuine passion for care and making a difference Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Reliable, committed, and flexible approach Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours Ability to work independently and as part of a team You’ll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and her family. Key Responsibilities  As a team leader, you will: Lead, support, and motivate care staff to deliver outstanding person-centred care Conduct spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments Assist with rota management and ensure adequate staffing for each care package Maintain accurate care records Act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and professionals Support with training and development of care staff Ensure compliance with company policies, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations Provide hands-on care when required to maintain service continuity.
