    Role Purpose:Levy have entered into a new long-term partnership to elevate the food and beverage proposition across the NEC. This collaboration will bring enhanced quality, choice, and innovation to the guest experience at the NEC, ICC, Vox, Utilita Arena Birmingham, bp pulse LIVE, and several regional partner venues.As part of our exciting new partnership with NEC, we are seeking a dynamic F&B Manager to lead and maximise food and beverage revenue within the ICC & Vox.     Sustainability Manager - Catering Operations - The RolePlanning Collaboration - Frequent liaison with multiple stakeholders. From our client team here at the stadium, to our Levy sustainability teams, and of course the Culinary & operations teams to ensure that sustainable decisions are at the forefront of each discussion. Product - Working collaboratively with the culinary teams, to advise where a product can be developed or altered to align with our Carbon Reduction targets. Structured Approach - Being conscious of the continual off set between sustainable and commercial decision making.
    OperationsCarbon Measurement/Reduction - Track our current carbon emissions, using activity-based data to fully understand the impact of our menus. Then identify areas of focus that would support the Carbon Reduction targets. Utilise a number of tools to support this, from our sustainability dashboards powered by our Analytics Team at E15 Insights, FoodSteps for carbon labelling. By using intensity factors we can make better-informed choices at the point of our menu design, which can often be months in advance of a major event. Food Waste Management - Regular monitoring and development of strategies to enable our teams to better manage food waste. This is a challenging Communications - Directly liaise with client and the wider catering team to ensure that expectations are clear. Use structured, regular and consistent meetings as a key tool.
