Job Summary: In this role, you should have advanced knowledge of global AML/CFT compliance program requirements and best practices with, at minimum, 6 years in an AML compliance role. More importantly, you should have held a compliance testing or internal audit management role. You must also have extensive knowledge of US consumer compliance laws and relevant testing methods as well. This role will have the primary responsibility of managing LemFi's global compliance testing framework and audit project management function as it pertains to the Compliance department and intracompany compliance-related responsibilities. Responsibilities are as follows: Build and maintain a global compliance testing framework and model validation program in compliance with AML/CFT/sanctions/consumer compliance for all LemFi jurisdictions.Draft testing scopes that include applicable regulatory requirements and adherence to established compliance testing policies & procedures;Conduct regular testing on compliance processes in accordance with company policies and programs.Own the audit management function pertaining to all Compliance audits – including independent, state, and federal regulatory audits – and  ensuring audits progress in a timely manner with key stakeholders.Manage and lead the Quality Assurance team unit.Report testing program and results regularly to the Board of Directors. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of total AML compliance experience.Held an compliance testing or internal audit compliance management role.Comprehensive knowledge of, at minimum, US BSA/AML,UK AML regulations sanctions, and consumer compliance regulations.Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Ability to thrive as part of a team and be an empowering, constructive and considerate colleague.Ability to take ownership of your work product and consistently deliver results in a high case volume production environment.Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written including the ability to produce high spec PowerPoint presentations.Data and analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to perform data analysis.Ability to learn new technologies and systems.Adaptability to global operational needs and ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment. The Role As IT Operations Lead, you will own and scale LemFi's internal IT ecosystem, ensuring that every LemFi employee has a seamless, secure, and high-performing experience.
