LEL Scaffolding Ltd are a family run company based in Forest of Dean serving both Commercial and Residential customers in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Avonmouth & Monmouthshire. We specialise in Scaffolding Erection and Scaffolding Hire.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are willing to work on all aspects of Scaffolding Erection
Duties will include:
Loading and offloading of scaffolding equipment. From Yard to Lorries, From Lorries to Site
Participating in project work on site as instructed by the Scaffold Manager/Charge Hand
Maintaining and up-keep of Scaffolding materials - Cleaning and oiling Fittings. Correct storage of materials in our Yard
Ensuring all activities are undertaken in accordance with all safety and quality requirements
Correct PPE must be worn at all times when erecting and dismantling scaffolding on site and at the Yard
Desired skills
Clean Driving Licence and own transport to get to our yard in Yorkley, Gloucestershire every day.
Physically fit and able to carry heavy scaffolding equipment safely
Excellent spatial awareness
Asbestos awareness training will be given
Part 1, Part 2 scaffolder
Must have CSC Certificate Card
Personal qualities
Can-do attitude in all weathers - Scaffolding is incredibly hard work and operates come rain or shine and throughout the cold winter months.
You need to ensure you are mentally prepared to complete the work set out by your supervisor with enthusiasm every day and work well with the team around you to ensure you perform safely and productively under tight deadlines.
