Its primary function is to interface with finished‑goods hardware to store  and retrieve jobs from the Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) and dispatch them to customers in the required sequence.

    About the Role

    We are looking for an LFG Deployment Specialist to support the rollout and daily operation of Lear’s Finished Goods (LFG) systems. This role connects manufacturing teams with IT, ensuring our digital solutions run smoothly across plants.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Deploy, upgrade, and support LFG systems in manufacturing sites.
    • Act as the main link between plant users and IT teams.
    • Test systems, support go-lives, and ensure smooth handovers.
    • Train users and provide second-level technical support.
    • Troubleshoot issues and help improve system performance.



    Requirements

    Must Have
    • Experience in IT systems support or software deployment.
    • Understanding of manufacturing or industrial environments.
    • Basic knowledge of PLCs or industrial systems.
    • Experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS).
    • Good communication skills in English.
    • Willingness to travel up to 20% across EMEA.

    Nice to Have
    • Experience with MES systems, OPC servers (e.g., Kepware), or SQL administration.
    • ITIL certification or Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering. Read Less
