    Client Account Manager (Customer Success Manager)

    (Portsmouth, UK) Hybrid/Office based.

    Working Hours - 8.30-5.30pm Monday-Friday

    Salary - £30,000- £40,000 with an OTE of £65,000.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated and customer focused Customer Success Managers to join our team and play a key role in driving client retention.

    To be considered for this role, you need at least 2-3 years of experience within a client facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success.

    In this role, you will be:

    Building & maintaining strong client relationships with a portfolio of customers. Hosting online meetings with various stakeholders to review progress of their desired outcomes.
    Identifying, qualify, and providing support and assistance to resolve issues including working with internal departments (Support/Product) if required
    Contributing to revenue growth by upselling/uplifting client contracts
    Negotiating contract renewals and expansion proposals
    Identifying further use cases to increase value and liaise regularly to develop strategies
    Work towards weekly KPI's and monthly targets; both individually and as a team

    Here's what you'll need for success:

    At least 2-3 years of experience within a Sales/Account Management or Customer Success Background
    Experience in using CRM systems
    A confident personality/Great Communication Skills
    Experience interacting with Director Level individuals
    Strategic thinker with problem solving skills
    Confident & Tenacious
    Self-Starter with a passion for delivering & meeting targets
    Strong negotiating skills

    Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Summary Lead Forensics is a leading SaaS provider specializing in B2B sales and marketing solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to enhance and maintain the hybrid infrastructure that supports both our internal operations and customer-facing services.

    This is a hands-on technical role requiring broad expertise with scalable cloud architectures, physical infrastructure and networks, operating systems and security. A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and proficiency in automation are highly valued for this position. The role can be remote first with no fixed time in the office required. However, candidates will need to be located within reasonable travel time of the Portsmouth area where we operate physical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and on-premises platforms using Microsoft or Linux stacks. Optimize infrastructure for security, performance, reliability and cost. Work with Engineering teams to advance DevOps practices and closer collaboration. Monitor systems, resolve issues, and implement solutions for high availability. Maintain documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in hybrid cloud engineering, infrastructure design, and system administration. Broad understanding of hybrid cloud infrastructure with deep expertise in select areas, such as networking or AWS. Highly proficient in at least two of the following technologies: Docker (AWS ECS) Terraform, Ansible, or CDK Nagios Windows Server (IIS) Linux MS SQL Server Networking (switching, load balancing and firewalls) x86 server hardware Familiarity with Cloudflare is highly advantageous. Experience of working with commercially focused software engineering teams using Agile/DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving skills; effective working independently and within teams. Experience managing complex projects. Exposure to ISO27001 or similar security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS). Driving license and access to a vehicle. You will be required to travel to data centre locations in the south of England as needed.
