At the same time, you will be professionally supported and coached by the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust Central HR Team, giving you access to wider expertise, guidance and development opportunities.

    Your work will directly support recruitment, safeguarding, employee records, training and day-to-day HR processes – helping to ensure colleagues feel supported and that statutory requirements are met.

    We are seeking someone who:Has excellent organisational and communication skillsDemonstrates strong attention to detail and confidentialityIs confident using Microsoft Office and HR systemsCan work independently and as part of a teamHas experience handling confidential informationIs committed to learning and professional development (CIPD Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards)Previous HR experience and/or experience in an education setting would be advantageous.
