    This role is focused on supporting the marketing team in the execution of all marketing activities, while 
    developing business and market knowledge. 

    You will be given the opportunity to develop key marketing skills through your involvement in campaigns, 
    production of marketing collateral, and evaluating campaign success with more senior members of the 
    team.
    Key Responsibilities
    Email Marketing:
    • Accurate proofing of emails, including newsletters and targeted campaigns.
    • Build marketing emails from templates in Pardot
    • Start to collaborate on copy with production.
    • Run segmentation rules and suppression lists.
    Social Media Marketing:
    • Create accurate content on Canva, using templates provided by the design team.
    • Post organic posts with correct tagging.
    • Be able to run paid social campaigns, sticking to your budget and monitoring leads sent
    to delegate sales team.
    Websites:
    • Build accurate websites using templates in Cvent.
    • Be able to effectively build Jira requests, making sure information is accurate and
    succinct.
    • Develop an understanding of basic design principles and work within all brand guidelines
    Data requests:
    • Be able to autonomously create data requests for repeat events.
    • Collaborate with marketing lead to create data requests for new events.
    Product knowledge:
    • Develop a basic understanding of core audiences per brand.
    • Develop a basic understanding of ideal audience composition per brand.
    • Awareness of in the room targets.
    • Awareness of revenue targets.
    • Develop an understanding of our products, the legal market, and how our products serve our clients
    Marketing plans:
    • Maintain marketing plans.
    • Be able to build marketing plans from the templates with assistance from Mentor/
    Manager.
    Event marketing:
    • Run campaigns with oversight and input from Mentor/ Manager 
    • Be able to follow and update budgets, without overspending. 
    Reporting: 
    • Understand how to navigate Google Analytics and find basic statistics.
    • Pull basic reporting data from emails e.g. CTR, CTOR.
    • Collating and share feedback post-event
    Skills Knowledge and Expertise
    Working knowledge of all key Microsoft office programmes. Intermediate level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint would be beneficial Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally Strong written and verbal communication skills Good time management skills Adaptable and agile Good attention to detail

    Key Responsibilities Desktop computer assembly Experience of Microsoft Windows and Office package Supporting a business network  Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload  Would enjoy speaking to and dealing with staff at all levels of the business  Would enjoy working in a busy medium size business with offices in London, Hong Kong and the US. 2 to 3 years of first-line support experience on the Windows platform.
    Skills Knowledge and Expertise Front-line support – answering calls and emails from members of staff and providing initial guidance Ensuring all issues raised are logged in the service desk, and end users receive regular updates on their support issues Work with 3rd party suppliers on more complex problems before escalating to the System Administrator.     Key Responsibilities
    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across assigned accounts through regular check-ins, responsive communication, and a service-oriented approach.

    Client Engagement & Support:
    Assist in gathering client feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 

    Event Participation:

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Minimum 2 years of B2B Account Management experience, ideally within a structured sales environment (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN), with exposure to strategic growth initiatives in client-facing roles.

    Track record of success in subscription-based sales, preferably within a data, analytics, or content-driven business model, with demonstrable client retention and growth achievements.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently, build trust, and influence stakeholders across client organizations.

    Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and experience supporting targeted campaigns to drive engagement and expansion within existing accounts.

    Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships, including supporting procurement and contract processes in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.

    Organised and detail-oriented, with solid forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

    Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and using data to inform account strategy and decision-making.

    Commercially minded and collaborative, with a passion for client success and a proactive approach to working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client services teams.

    Confident and professional telephone manner, with strong influencing and negotiation skills developed through client interactions and deal support.

    Self-motivated and resilient, with a consistent record of meeting sales targets and contributing to team goals in dynamic environments.

    International outlook is a plus, including experience supporting global or multi-regional accounts and an appreciation of cultural nuances in client engagement.

    Team-oriented, with a willingness to share knowledge and support junior colleagues, contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture.

    Experience in the legal or professional services sector is advantageous, particularly in understanding client workflows and data needs.
