    Materials Coordinator Introduction We are looking for a proactive and organised Materials Coordinator, for a growing company in Poole, to ensure the efficient flow of raw materials, work in progress (WIP) and finished goods throughout the manufacturing process. Working closely with Production Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production and Shipping teams, you will help ensure materials are available to meet customer demand, maintain inventory accuracy and support the Sales Operations Planning (S OP) process. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the availability and movement of raw materials, WIP and finished goods to support production schedules. Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages or supply risks, and maintain accurate ERP/MRP records. Support production planning by updating schedules, tracking progress and communicating changes in priorities. Work with Warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock control, efficient storage and stock rotation. Coordinate the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring customer delivery schedules are met. Provide inventory, WIP and material availability data to support the monthly S OP process. Identify opportunities to improve inventory management, material flow and planning processes. Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives and KPI reporting. Ideal Skills Experience Experience in a materials coordination, production planning, inventory control or supply chain role within a manufacturing environment. Good understanding of MRP/ERP systems and inventory management principles. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments. Analytical approach with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is desirable Salary: £28K - £30K (Full time on-site role) Hours : Days - Monday to Friday Days 40 Hours Per Week Benefits and Whats On Offer: 40 hrs per week, with flexible start time from 7am until 9am. Introduction The primary role of the Electrical Engineer, will be to perform electrical controls and instrumentation maintenance support to the sites Operations and Engineering teams. Responsibilities: To provide E, C & I support across the site To conduct planned preventative maintenance in accordance with PPM schedule. To perform all duties in accordance with documented work requirements, legislation and the companys policies and objectives, maintaining and improving performance in the areas of Safety, Quality and Environment. To be responsible for ensuring that appropriate repair and maintenance requirements are identified and undertaken as necessary to maintain plant availability and improve efficiency. Assist in detailed planning of and preparation for plant maintenance shut down periods. Advise management of safety issues. Conduct hazard and risk assessments for routine and defect maintenance tasks as required. Recommend modifications or maintenance procedures that enhance the plants performance. Ideal / Desirable Experience: Minimum of 2 years in industrial environment, revolving around Electrical and/ or C & I installation, testing, inspecting & calibration. Enthusiastic and competent problem solver with a practical approach to engineering problems. PC literate, and capable of learning how to use new software systems. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A minimum of 18th edition or NVQ equivalent and experience of maintaining industrial installations and equipment. Good knowledge of Instrumentation & process controls including PLCs. Desirable Skills: COMPEX 01 to 04 preferable but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate Experience with working in a Hazardous Area Environment. Waste management experience.
