    About the Job The Voids and Complex works Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective management of void properties, major works, and other complex work such as disrepair cases. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, budgetary control, and high-quality service delivery across all work streams. The role involves managing a team of supervisors, senior supervisors, operatives, property surveyors and planners to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and refurbishments. Key Responsibilities include: To lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of operatives, supervisors, senior supervisors and planners/administrators, and achieve a high-quality output and service. To proactively manage the availability of the team, directly and through line management, including annual leave, sickness, training and any other reason Voids Management: Oversee the delivery of the voids key-to-key process, ensuring properties are completed and returned within agreed timeframes. Conduct inspections and audits to uphold quality standards in repairs and refurbishments. Work collaboratively with other stakeholders, including but not limited to: client representatives, suppliers, contractors, colleagues, residents and others as required to optimise void processes. Monitor and enhance voids performance metrics, implementing improvement strategies. To provide accurate reporting and data for meetings as and when requested. Complex Works & Disrepair Case Management: - Lead and manage all disrepair cases and complex works, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations. Coordinate investigations into tenant-reported disrepair, ensuring timely assessment and resolution. Liaise with legal teams to respond to disrepair claims and ensure appropriate remediation. Develop policies and strategies to streamline disrepair resolution while minimising financial risks. Experience and Qualifications required IOSH Managing Safety Or SMSTS qualification City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2-3 equivalent / relevant experience. Full UK driving licence At least 3 years of managing Voids delivery service and managing complex works experience. Previous experience of working in a Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance environment
    Working knowledge of NatFed Schedule of Rates Understanding of Health & Safety Regulations Application of Risk Assessments / Method Statements Desirable Working knowledge of Asbestos policy & procedures To be able to meet pre-determined deadlines and performance targets. To be able to motivate, lead and manage a team to deliver high quality results in a challenging environment. Ability to communicate effectively with a positive approach to solving daily work challenges.     About the Job We are excited to be launching a new gymnastics programme at our Heston and Brentford sites. To support the growth of our programme, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coordinator to lead the delivery and development of our Recreational Gymnastics Programme. Working closely with the Fitness and Membership Manager across all sites, you will ensure the highest standards of programme delivery while driving growth through innovation, creativity, and community engagement.     Key Responsibilities
    Work in partnership with Fitness manager to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the recreational gymnastics programme within the sites. Collaborate with the Site Membership Manager and Fitness Manager to develop and implement targeted strategies that increase programme enrolment and retention, contributing directly to monthly revenue goals. Work towards performance KPIs for the gymnastics programme, including attendance, customer satisfaction, coach performance, and revenue generation. Lead, mentor, and support a team of gymnastics coaches, ensuring quality and consistency. • Deliver high-quality, engaging, and safe sessions when required, across Parent & Child, PreSchool, and Recreational age groups. Plan, organise, and review lesson content to meet badge frameworks and session goals. Oversee equipment set-up, session briefings, and safe use of apparatus, when needed. Monitor and maintain programme standards in line with IGA/BG guidelines and safeguarding legislation. Monitor and analyse participation data, customer feedback, and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Drive programme growth and maximise participation, working closely with Heads of Department to optimise equipment and product usage. Lead promotional initiatives such as open days, taster sessions, and seasonal campaigns to attract new participants and boost visibility. Work with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure effective promotion of gymnastics offerings across digital and community channels.

    What are we looking for? Hold a recognised Level 2 or above qualification in gymnastics coaching (IGA or BG) Confident in delivering sessions and mentoring Level 1 coaches and assistant staff. Demonstrated experience in developing gymnastics programming with the ability to align with commercial objectives and revenue targets. Confident in promoting programmes through digital channels, community outreach, and events. Experience working with marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive participation and revenue. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. • Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade. Good numerical and written skills • Have experience leading sessions and supervising coaching teams Be confident working with children aged 2–12 across various ability levels Bring a proactive, creative approach to session planning Show strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Understand and uphold safeguarding, welfare, and safety standards at all times
