This is a hands-on position where you'll spend the majority of your time operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck while also supporting the day-to-day leadership of the warehouse team. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, training, productivity, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. Act as the site's MHE Instructor , delivering forklift and job-specific training to warehouse operators. Maintain and update training records and the site training matrix. Support and supervise the warehouse team, providing guidance and resolving day-to-day operational issues. Carry out driver assessments, mentoring, and ongoing coaching. Conduct incident investigations and promote continuous improvements in health and safety.
