    Job Title: Service and Support Engineer Location: Labman HQ: Stokesley, North Yorkshire, UK.   Pay: From £44,000 per year (increasing depending on experience)  (Full UK Driving Licence required)  Labman Automation is a multi-award-winning company with its HQ in North Yorkshire. Labman design and manufacture bespoke laboratory automation systems and products for a wide range of industries across the world.  Due to increasing demand for both our custom automation and robotic laboratory products, we are seeking proactive and technically skilled Service and Support Engineers to ensure the reliability, efficiency and performance of our laboratory automation systems.  You will play a critical role in maintaining and optimising Labman systems around the world.   Why should you Join Us?  Impact: Ensure the success of high-impact projects in the robotics and automation world.   Training and Development: We invest in you – always keeping ahead of the latest technology.  Exciting Challenges: You will solve complex technical issues in the field globally while working with cutting-edge technology.  What You'll Do:  Install, maintain and repair laboratory automation systems.   Provide remote and on-site technical support and training to customers, operators and internal teams.     Conduct performance testing and ensure all systems meet Labman's quality standards.  Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and timely solutions.  Accurately document all service activities, maintenance schedules and customer interactions.   Regularly take part in new project builds and acceptance testing.   Relevant transferrable skills may have been gained from the following industries or roles:  Building Management Systems, Control Engineer, HVAC Engineer, On-site Maintenance Engineer, Vehicle Engineer, Agricultural/ HGV mechanic etc.

    Position: Marketing Automation Website Lead  – Maternity Cover (12 Months)  Location: Labman HQ, Seamer, North Yorkshire 
    Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 based on experience  Start Date: January 2026   The Role  We're looking for a Marketing Automation Lead  to cover maternity leave for 12 months. You'll produce engaging digital content across websites, social media, email, and video campaigns — bringing Labman's projects, products, and people to life. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to create content that drives engagement, showcases our brand, and supports lead generation campaigns.   What You'll Do  Be a critical part of the Labman website team, taking the lead from marketing. Help manage and develop Labman's marketing automation tech stack to drive lead generation and campaign success. Collaborate with Sales to target the right audiences and track campaign performance. Work with the content team to produce engaging assets for email, social, and digital campaigns. Lead website and search marketing activities, including SEO, Google/Bing Ads, and paid campaigns. Analyse results, report KPIs, and continuously improve campaigns based on insights. Be the go-to liaison between Marketing and Sales for digital initiatives.   What you will bring  Experience producing digital content across websites, social media, or marketing campaigns. Familiar with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and/or basic video editing. Familiarity with marketing automation is a strong plus. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects. Creative, enthusiastic, and ready to bring ideas to life. Interest in technology, robotics, or science is a bonus.  Strong writer, editor, and communicator with attention to detail.  What We Offer  33 days of annual holiday (increasing to 38 over 5 years), including public holidays Aviva Healthcare 5% employer pension contribution on full salary CPD support and paid annual subscription to an appropriate professional body Free in-house gym, squash court, bouldering wall, and numerous social clubs The opportunity to build a long-term career at a company experiencing consistent growth A culture of ownership and collaboration, where everyone feels part of the team  Culture & Values
