It represents the good energy and love we have for our community and the many ways we collectively express our individual style.Planning, Forecasting and InsightWork with senior merchandise team to develop bi-annual seasonal budgets and present it back to the board. This would involve evaluating, guiding and challenging the product merchandisers on Key KPI’s across the varied collection portfolio and across a wide variety of distribution pointsKey KPI’s involved in the planning process are Net Turnover, Intake Margin, Achieved Margin, Open to Buy, Stock Turn, Price and Option control.Proactively highlight risks and opportunities and provide both support and challenge to business stakeholders in relation to the key KPI’s. Coordinate key planning activities across the merchandising department and ensure that key KPI’s are aligned with the financial strategy of the company.Oversee the monthly WSSI reforecasting process and preparing executive updates to the CFO in conjunction with finance.Support logistics function with comprehensive volume models to enable the business to better plan for opportunities while reducing operating costs.
