    The RoleBased at our Telford office, the Product Marketing Specialist will work across product, sales, marketing and technical functions. The role combines both office- and field-based activity and offers broad exposure to the UK agricultural machinery market.You’ll develop a deep understanding of KUHN products, dealer networks, customer requirements and competitor offerings. You'll play a central role in supporting product communication, market analysis, training activities and dealer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver presentations for training courses, seminars and customer/dealer events.Contribute to the creation and editing of marketing materials, promotional content and product information.Support relationships with agricultural press and PR partners to maintain KUHN’s profile.Participate in major shows, exhibitions and customer events throughout the year.Support the coordination of prototype and evaluation machines operating in the UK.Assist in the flow of product information between KUHN UK and the factory, ensuring UK market needs are well represented.Conduct market share analysis and contribute to broader studies on sales performance, product demand and competitor activity.Monitor monthly sales, factory lead times and stock levels, working closely with the Sales Manager.Provide informed responses to product, compatibility and sales-related queries (with training provided where required).Support on‑farm demonstrations, dealer visits and internal/external training sessions.Essential RequirementsA genuine interest in UK agriculture and an understanding of modern farming practices.Practical exposure to agricultural machinery (e.g., from farming backgrounds, seasonal work, university projects, industry placements or early career experience).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence building relationships across varied stakeholders.Good IT literacy, including competence with MS Office and an interest in modern marketing methods.Strong organisational ability and an analytical mindset.Willingness to travel within the UK when required.Full, clean driving licence.We welcome applications from early‑career candidates or graduates who can demonstrate strong motivation and relevant capabilities.DesirableExperience in sales, marketing, agricultural engineering, agri‑tech or related disciplines (through employment, placement or internship).Experience presenting to groups or supporting events.Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, or data analysis (e.g., Excel dashboards).Training & DevelopmentKUHN provides structured product training, mentorship from experienced specialists, and ongoing development opportunities aligned to your experience level.
