    Senior Solutions Engineer (Compute & Storage) Cirencester, Gloucestershire | Full-time | Starting ASAP We are recruiting a Senior Solutions Engineer (Compute & Storage) to act as a senior level technical resource to work alongside our sales team to provide solutions for customers based on the Dell, HPE & Pure Storage C&S portfolio of products. This role will also have the ability to extend into networking with Juniper, Aruba & Cisco.  What You’ll Be Doing: PRE-SALES Liaise with customers to help define their requirements based on business pain-points and present technical solutions to alleviate them using products and services from HPE, Dell, Pure, Juniper, Aruba and other infrastructure vendors. Engage in customer pre-sales activities to include presentation and whiteboard sessions as well as providing written work such as RFI responses and Statement of Works. Design robust solutions for customers encompassing a wide range of compute, storage, networking and other infrastructure technologies and services. Deliver onsite presentations and demonstrations of solutions in isolation and alongside representatives from our vendors. Build and maintain a range of demonstration platforms. TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION Maintain all current and future industry and vendor certifications and ensure they remain active. Complete vendor led and self-study learning to complete certifications as required by the business. Identify potential training courses that will be of benefit to the individual and the business.
    PROFESSIONAL & MANAGED SERVICES Attend customer site to deliver solutions and services. Ownership of assigned customer projects. Define project scope for customer engagements. Produce high quality customer documentation. What We’re Looking For:
    Understanding of vendor technologies from HPE, Dell, Pure, Juniper, Aruba and other infrastructure vendors. Proven success in delivering Pre-Sales to prospect customers and designing solutions or services that meet requirements and deliver on expectations Certification to HPE ASE in storage (architecture or integrator) and hybrid cloud. Master ASE preferred but not mandatory. Preferred “Solutions Certified” around AI, HPE VME, and Data Protection. Preferred Networking certifications for Aruba, Juniper, Cisco. Understanding of orchestration and management platforms such as Juniper Apstra. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with peers throughout the business and with customer contacts. Hands on experience with CLI and/or orchestration platforms. Strong communication skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude and a self-starting ethos.
