• Ongoing CPD and tailored mentorshipGraduate Learning Support Assistant (SEN) | The RoleAs a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils access the curriculumWorking closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and support staffAssisting with the delivery of EHCP strategies and personalised learning plansEncouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and engagementHelping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
This role offers excellent exposure to SEN provision within a mainstream primary school and is highly regarded by postgraduate training providers.About You :
A degree in any subject area; Education, Psychology, Early Years, Early Childhood, or other Social Sciences are desirable but not essentialHave a genuine interest in supporting children with SENBe patient, empathetic, resilient, and professionalDemonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skillsHave experience working with children or young people (desirable, but not essential)
