What will you be doing? Own the delivery of regular market and brand performance reporting, turning complex data into clear, commercial insight.
Tackle exciting analytical challenges through deep dives into shopper behaviour and brand performance to uncover growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with brand, category, and insight teams, as well as agency partners, to deliver joined-up thinking and actionable outputs.
Drive real business impact by informing strategic decisions and influencing key stakeholders with timely, insight-led recommendations.
Expand your expertise by working with industry-leading data sources like Nielsen, Kantar, Mintel, and IGD, while supporting colleagues with platform training and insight access.

As a key leadership role within the site, the Site Support Manager is accountable for plant, process, and product performance against clearly defined outputs, with a strong focus on safety and quality. Acting as the responsible person on shift outside of normal business hours, this role plays a vital part in maintaining operational standards and supporting site continuity.
Working closely with Line Structure Teams, the Site Support Manager is instrumental in driving loss elimination and continuous improvement initiatives across the site. The role also champions the implementation and coaching of IWS Daily Management Systems and Standard Work Processes, ensuring consistent adherence to site and pillar standards.
A key aspect of this role is building capability across the team - developing Team Members, Equipment Owners, and Team Captains to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture.

What will you be doing?Leadership & Site Responsibility
Acts as Site Responsible Person out of hours, making key operational decisions, leading in emergencies, and supporting Line Structure Teams with resource allocation and expertise.
Health, Safety, Quality & GMP Compliance
Takes ownership for site health, safety, and environment, ensures compliance with quality processes, and champions GMP improvements and sustainability.
Coaching & Capability Building
Coaches Process Operators, Equipment Owners, Team Captains, and Team Leaders in IWS, DMS, and SWPs; builds team capability through Leadership Tours, AM steps, and visual management.
Daily Management System (DMS)
Conducts DMS health checks, promotes behavioural observations, and ensures effective shift handovers and escalation through the DDS process.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
Promotes problem-solving tools (IPS & UPS) and Change Management processes to drive continuous improvement and eliminate losses.
Loss Escalation & Shift Support
Escalates safety, quality, and people issues as needed; supports actions to improve workplace safety and hygiene alongside specialists.
Talent Development & People Management
Partners with Line Leads to identify, train, and develop team members, support inductions, probation reviews, and selection processes, including out-of-hours return-to-work interviews.
Performance & Engagement Focus
Supports development of high-performance culture through coaching, standard calibration, and prioritised improvement activity aligned to loss drivers.

The role of Production Operative is wide-ranging and offers a great deal of variety with full training - you will be trained to operate the line (packing or process) complete daily routines, perform checks and report defects.

As a qualified HSE professional – ideally a member of IOSH – you’ll be committed to maintaining your continuing professional development (CPD) and staying current with industry best practice. A sound understanding of ISO standards and risk management is essential. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are key, enabling you to effectively manage a team and influence across the site. Your ability to coach, challenge, and engage colleagues will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous improvement and shared accountability for safety. You’ll have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the food or FMCG sector, and be confident working in a fast-paced, complex setting. Previous line management experience is essential, as you’ll lead three direct reports and play a key role in shaping the site’s HSE culture. We also value experience in change management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration. An IEMA Environmental Diploma is preferred, though if you currently hold the IEMA Certificate, we’re happy to support your progression to Diploma level. Additional qualifications such as internal auditing or Lean Six Sigma are a bonus but not essential.
