To support our vision and core values of impact, growth and change, we are looking for a Microsoft Solutions Architect who will lead the strategic design, integration, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 across multiple tenancies. This is a highly influential role, shaping Knovia’s future digital workplace while ensuring a seamless experience for colleagues and customers.
In this role you will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and continuously improving secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions. Working across multi-tenancy environments, you will guide our transition from legacy systems, drive adoption of new cloud and AI capabilities, and ensure our environment remains robust, modern, and aligned to Microsoft best practices.

Key activities include: . Designing and implement a secure, scalable Microsoft 365 architecture across multiple tenancies. Establishing parent-child relationships and unified contact address books, while driving adoption of modern workplace tools. Ensuring compliance with Microsoft best practices for identity, access, and data security. Driving adoption of new Microsoft features, including Copilot, Viva, and Power Platform, in collaboration with AI specialists. Developing automated workflows and processes that create and maintain separate tenancies for employers and learners. Monitoring emerging Microsoft technologies and proactively integrate them to improve user experience and productivity. Mapping current business processes to modern Microsoft capabilities. Regularly engage with end users, department leads, and IT leadership to gather feedback. Working closely with People, L&D, Marketing, and Operations to align Microsoft solutions with business goals. Keeping stakeholders informed about new Microsoft features, updates, and potential impacts
What we need from you: . Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100/101) or equivalent.. Proven experience in multi-tenancy Microsoft 365 environments and complex integrations. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of Microsoft security, compliance, and governance frameworks. Familiarity with AI-driven Microsoft tools and productivity enhancements. Works effectively across teams, supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals, especially in cross-tenancy Microsoft 365 environments. Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and follows through to completion, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Ensures accuracy in configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting, particularly when managing permissions, policies, and automation
