Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & ForecastingSupport delivery of group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and planning cyclesBuild and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-makingAnalyse revenue, costs, and margins to ensure accurate forecastingAssist in developing annual budgets and long-range plansProvide clear variance analysis (actuals vs budget vs forecast)
Financial Reporting & AnalysisProduce monthly management reports and performance dashboardsAnalyse key financial and operational metricsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insightsSupport business cases, investment appraisals, and cost optimisationContinuously improve reporting accuracy, documentation, and processes
Business PartneringAct as a trusted finance partner to operational and commercial teamsTranslate business drivers into financial insights and forecastsProvide clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholdersSupport strategic initiatives through modelling and scenario analysisChallenge assumptions and influence better decision-making
Performance MonitoringTrack KPIs and financial targets across the groupDeliver monthly performance reporting and variance analysisDevelop tools to improve financial transparency and visibilityCollaborate with finance teams to ensure data consistency and alignment

What qualifications, knowledge and experience we need: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similarProgress toward or completion of a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW)Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accountingStrong financial modelling and advanced Excel skillsExperience supporting budgeting and forecasting processesAbility to translate financial data into clear, actionable insightsStrong understanding of how financial performance links to operationsExperience that would be advantageous includes: Experience in a multi-entity or shared services environmentExposure to commercial or operational business partneringExperience improving reporting processes or financial systems
