Engineer - Residential Development Buckinghamshire 60-65,000 plus package An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineer to join a well-established residential developer delivering high-quality housing schemes across the Northern Home Counties region. This role would suit either an experienced Development Engineer from a housebuilding background or a Highways/Infrastructure Engineer looking to transition into residential development. The key requirement is a strong understanding of highways and drainage design and the ability to critically review and interrogate technical information to ensure designs are practical, compliant and fit for purpose. This is not a setting out or temporary works role. The Role Working closely with Technical, Commercial and Construction teams, you will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating engineering designs associated with residential developments, ensuring infrastructure proposals align with programme, budget and adoptable standards.
