    We’re searching for a talented and experienced People Operations Team Lead to join us on our journey. Based at our London Head Office, with dynamic (hybrid) working, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the People Operations department. You’ll inspire and engage our People Operations Team – managing performance, supporting development and setting a high bar around standards, quality, consistency and compliance.
    You’ll build and maintain a detailed understanding of our policies, processes, systems and ways of working – monitoring and regularly reviewing with employee experience in mind, to drive continuous improvement. You’ll also support with projects and change work, particularly around stabilising, optimising and evolving our processes, ways of working and Workday setup over time.
    Significant experience using HR Information Systems, which must include Workday.
    Responsibilities
    Oversee the day-to-day running of the People Operations department. Inspire and engage the People Operations team – monitoring and managing performance, building capability and supporting both team and individual development. Build and maintain an expert knowledge and understanding of our People Operations policies, processes, systems and ways of working. Provide front-line advisory and transactional support for people related matters. Take on the role of subject matter expert on our people policies and processes for the UK business. Coordinate the triage and escalation of people queries across the People function and beyond e.g. Payroll and Pensions, to deliver a seamless and efficient service to the business. Ensure that routine processes are achievable, compliant, employee-centric and delivered consistently in line with agreed SLAs. Facilitate cross-functional joiner, mover and leaver processes, ensuring processes are actioned in a timely manner and coordinated across TA, HR Ops, Payroll, Benefits, Tech and Facilities teams to ensure a smooth experience for employees and managers. Become the subject matter expert on absence management – including policies and processes for all absence types. Identify process inefficiencies and ways of working that require improvement. Ensure the transactional workload is distributed and prioritised effectively across the team. Ensure the quality of our people data is maintained, and improved where necessary. Act as a point of escalation for complex and non-routine matters, as well as those deemed sensitive, urgent and / or of critical importance. Establish and maintain appropriate QA processes. Support with change and transformation activity and / or project work as required. Provide transactional support and cover for the team at times of peak demand or reduced capacity. Collaborate with the People Analytics team to review and manage requests from across the Firm for ad hoc and routine reporting from Workday. Partner with the HRBP team on projects as required.
    Key Experience Required
    Significant, demonstrable experience in People Operations, gained in a volume, transactional environment. Significant experience using HR Information Systems, which must include Workday Demonstrable knowledge of best practice across People Operations Proven experience in managing operational People teams (circa 5 to 10 direct reports). Experience of change and transformation programmes, including the automation, streamlining and systemisation of processes Knowledge of case management systems and ways of working
    Key Skills Required

    In this dynamic role, you will be supporting the Head of Marketing Communications Europe in delivering high-impact marketing initiatives across European offices.

    About The Role
    The Residential Investment team are looking for an individual who can deal with a range of responsibilities, someone who is also highly organised and proactive with a high level of personal initiative. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position.
    The role will include general administration and support for the team including collaborating with colleagues from across the team and the broader business to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our real estate professional.
    Responsibilities
    Financial and Reporting Management
    Oversee invoicing processes, including issuing invoices, managing the monthly billing schedule, and tracking fee income. Manage fee reconciliation, bad debt reporting, and liaise with the accounts team for regular reviews of debtors. Support Work in Progress (WIP) and budget meetings for the team. Attend management and accounts meetings as required to review financial performance and operational efficiency.
    Compliance, Systems and Process Management
    Ensure all best practice guidelines are adhered to across the teams. Monitor and uphold GDPR compliance and data protection standards. Oversee team training completion, ensuring compliance modules and office updates are up to date. Maintain and monitor the effective operation of CRM (HUB) and Knight Frank systems within the department. Support onboarding of new starters, coordinating system access, inductions, and IT requests.
    Marketing and Business Development Support
    Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and coordinate events, including client functions and internal initiatives where necessary. Assist with marketing collateral such as track records, CVs, and pitch packs. Create and send Dotmailer (EDM) campaigns as required. Support social media activity, particularly LinkedIn. Contribute to charity and volunteering initiatives and track progress toward team goals.
    Administrative & Team Support
    Coordinate IT self-service requests for team members, including new starters and temporary staff. Process expense claim forms for partners on a monthly basis. Organise business generation events, client meetings, and lunches. Maintain the team holiday diary and support general scheduling requirements. Assist with partner diaries, arranging meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. Keep the CRM system (HUB) up to date with client information, referrals, and interactions. Prepare agendas, reports, and papers for internal and client meetings. Monitor subscriptions and professional memberships, ensuring renewals are up to date. Maintain the team’s Work in Progress schedule. Book travel for the team including hotels, trains, flights. Support onboarding of new graduates every six months.     About The Role
    Knight Frank is looking to hire a surveyor to join the London Capital Markets team in our City Office.
    The successful candidate will work to support the Associates and Partners within the team on both acquiring and disposing of assets for Knight Frank’s key clients. Whilst initially required to focus on supporting the team, learning quickly and building responsibility, this is an opportunity to work with a range of different clients including institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, REITS, private equity groups and private investors, offering exposure to one of the most sophisticated global markets for real estate transactions.
    This role offers the opportunity to join a market-leading Capital Markets team with an exceptional transaction track record. You will gain exposure to high-profile London deals across both acquisitions and disposals, working closely with global clients on institutional-grade transactions. The position involves supporting Associates and Partners on fee-earning instructions, providing a clear pathway for progression and the chance to collaborate with senior professionals across the business.
    Responsibilities
    Buy-side and Sell-side Transaction Support
    Work alongside multiple senior members of the team in managing and executing sell-side and buy-side transactions across the London office investment market. Sale-side - assisting with preparation of marketing materials, undertaking multiple property inspections with investors, maintaining live marketing schedules for client reporting, helping with the bids process, assisting with buyer due diligence and requests for information on behalf of the seller. Buy-side - assist Partners with buy-side opportunity sourcing for key investor clients, maintain a list of key investor requirements, help to analyse potential deals based on specific client requirements and target returns. Ensure compliance with internal risk management procedures such as KYC and AML best practice.
    Information and Systems Management
    Build a robust knowledge of the London office investment market by assisting with maintenance of internal databases. Keeping these up to date and accurate are extremely important and expected in this market. Attend deals meetings with other key agents to record quarterly deals and ensure these are reflected in the internal database and statistics. Assist Research team in quarterly statistics reporting by ensuring internal database is fully up to date. Compile comparable evidence schedules using the internal database. Monitor trends and market activity and keep the wider team up to date with key takeaways. Utilise internal and external contacts to gather market intelligence and share appropriately.
    Pitching and Business Development
    Assist and manage the preparation, design and content of pitch documents. Draft reports that are often used in place of a formal pitch to win a sale instruction. Assist with preparation of investment memorandums and investor sales packs so assets are ready for launch to the market.
    Financial Analysis and Modelling
    Have a solid understanding of financial modelling, underwriting assumptions for investment appraisals and their impact on cash flow outputs. Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills are not essential but will be highly valued and access will be given to pre-existing internal financial models used to analyse deals. Candidates will be given training by our lead analyst on how to use these models.
    Team Leadership
    Mentor junior surveyors and graduates, nurture their skill set to support the team. Support the team’s growth by taking an active role in meetings contributing market knowledge and suggesting new ideas.
    Qualifications / Experience Required
    Full RICS membership (MRICS). Minimum of one-year post-qualification experience. Previous experience within capital markets and/or commercial valuation is preferred. Strong understanding of commercial real estate valuation methodologies and cashflow modelling. Proven analytical and numerical ability with exceptional attention to detail. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and clients.
