We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team within the Food Packaging division. This role is central to driving profitable growth through structured pipeline management, commercial performance visibility and data-driven decision support.You will partner closely with Sales and senior commercial leadership to strengthen commercial processes, improve conversion performance and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders up to Board level. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will: Analyse customer and product performance to identify opportunities for profitable growth
Drive pipeline improvement and acceleration, from lead generation to measurable sales impact
Monitor commercial performance against business plans, highlighting risks and supporting corrective actions
Partner with Sales teams to enhance commercial excellence capabilities and best practices
Streamline reporting processes and deliver clear, executive-ready insights
Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic commercial decision-making What Success Looks Like Increased visibility of commercial performance across regions and customer portfolios

Structured, efficient reporting that supports leadership decision-making What We’re Looking For Experience within B2B Commercial Excellence environments
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insight
Confident engaging senior stakeholders in an international environment
Strong knowledge of business intelligence and visualisation tools (Power BI mastery is a plus)
Experience integrating data across ERP systems, business warehouse environments and customer relationship management platforms (Salesforce integration experience is a plus)
