even when it’s busy.Ensure the restaurant is clean, well stocked,
and fully compliant at all times.
Support the Team...
Coach team members during shifts to deliver
excellent service and follow standards.Help train new starters and create a positive,
productive team culture.Work closely with senior managers to make sure
team and guest needs are met.
Deliver Top Tier Guest Experiences...
Be the go to person for guests and staff during
service.Handle any issues or feedback professionally and
proactively.Lead by example in creating a friendly,
welcoming atmosphere.
Keep Things Running Smoothly...
Monitor stock, cleanliness, and safety standards
throughout your shift.Follow and enforce company procedures – from
opening and closing to food safety and cash handling.Contribute to a safe, secure, and supportive
working environment.
About You:
Experience
in a supervisor, team leader, or keyholder role in hospitality or
retail.
Confident
leading a team in a fast paced environment.
Strong
communicator with a calm, can do attitude.
Passion
for great service and a keen eye for detail.
