p strong LEGAL COUNSEL /strong /p p strong FIXED TERM CONTRACT /strong /p p strong ASAP START /strong /p p strong CENTRAL LONDON/HYBRID /strong /p p br /p p We are supporting an international consumer brand seeking a commercially minded strong Legal Counsel /strong to join its UK Ireland legal team on a fixed-term basis, initially for 3 months with an ASAP start. /p p br /p p This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across a diverse business, advising on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. /p p br /p p strong The Role /strong /p p br /p p You will partner with teams across Retail Operations, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, HR, Property and Finance, providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice that supports commercial objectives while managing risk. /p p br /p p Your responsibilities will include: /p ul li Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial, marketing, supplier and event agreements /li li Advising on e-commerce, consumer law, reseller and distribution arrangements, advertising and data privacy /li li Supporting regulatory, licensing and competition law matters /li li Identifying and mitigating legal risk while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation /li li Managing disputes, external legal advisers and legal spend /li li Delivering legal training and compliance guidance to internal stakeholders /li li Supporting wider business initiatives and strategic projects across the UK Ireland operations /li /ul p br /p p strong About You /strong /p p br /p p You will have solid experience in commercial contracts and day-to-day business advisory work.
