About You The Industrial Account Manager will work alongside the Industrial Customer Business Unit Leader to identify key areas of expansion opportunity with the Industrial Sector– enabling us to unlock key growth by working closely with the key wholesalers to gain access to the critical and vast dealer network Responsibilities * Shared portfolio responsibility with the Industrial CBU Leader (circa $7m annual turnover) * Focusing on our industrial portfolio across both channel and End User customers - looking to gain and retain customers in the industrial sector. * Building and executing clear Joint Business Plans with our chosen industrial channel partners. * Leverage DSP (Distributor Sales Professionals) shadow salesforce by building proactive relationships, training and supporting them to generate new business and retain existing business. * Support DSPs with End User visits * Manage and retain existing business currently on chargeback and take on new customers converted by the End User team that are serviced by their channel. * Management of account receivables to avoid bad debts (liaise with credit control / distributors to ensure compliance with payment terms).  * Work closely with KAM’s and their key accounts that are serviced by their channel. Responsibilities: * Responsible for the management of our identified emerging channels, as part of our treatment strategy: * Treatment (as per Commercial Policies when implemented) * Contract Management Revenue generation (New Business/Pricing) * Margin Improvement (Price/Mix) * Understanding the market segments, resellers and end users served by the distributor * Ability to conduct full gap analysis of channel catalogues, understanding ROI at SKU level.  * Comprehensive knowledge of route-to-market, supply chain & price touch-points * Build the yearly plans for each distributor and communicate to the Distributor Account Managers, Key Account Managers and other relevant members of commercial team to ensure implementation (conducted quarterly reviews to ensure compliance to plan) * Monitor execution of business plan and business performance at portfolio level (Point Of Sales Data management, Purchases vs sell out, performance of newly launched products, street business, tenders, : Distributor Sales Representatives’ motivation, pipeline of new customers). * Quarterly review of joint business plans with full internal/external visibility (key contacts) * Complete understanding of rebate & Marketing Development Fund principles and their effect on the business. * Understand and clearly communicate, both internally and externally, ownership of customers (either distributor or KCP), for management of specific activities (e.g.: price increase). * Effective management of account receivables to avoid bad debts (liaise with credit control / distributors to ensure compliance with payment terms). * Building DSR shadow salesforce (training, incentives, in-field coaching) * Works to support identification of potential new Key Accounts to be worked by BDM. * Collaborates with KAMs & BDMs to enable New Business with Channel Partners as well as rollout of national contracts to local sites * Build and Manage Relationships with key stakeholders both within the channel partners and the Kimberly-Clark Professional regional business Experience: * Strong experience in strategic account management * Experience in B2B sales preferred​ * Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups (e.g., finance, operations, marketing)​ * Strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans, commercially aware​ * Digital selling proficiency desired​ * Self-Motivated by intellectual challenges and curiosity​ * A demonstrated ability to craft vision and strategy and execute with actionable plans​ * High quality communicator, comfortable with external/internal stakeholders to influence change​ * A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances Led by Purpose.

ItStartsWithYou The Role In this Customer Business Manager role, you will be accountable for leading our Kimberly-Clark Personal Care business and growing volume and market share of Kimberly-Clark brands in the e-channel Amazon within the UK&I and coordinating our activities with Amazon in Continental Europe. What will you be accountable for? Reporting into the UK&I Country Leader, Personal Care, you will have full accountability for achieving sales growth, share and profitability of Amazon UK&I and also supporting e-comm strategies across other Top 4 Grocery retailers. You will be responsible for building consumer-led joint business plans that facilitate sustainable growth, for both the consumer and Kimberly-Clark, and will be leading annual negotiation process in UK&I. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will be developing activation plans to help unlock the category opportunities you have agreed with your customer.
    In Continental Europe you will be coordinating Amazon activities with local country teams and external agencies as well as participating in annual negotiation process. You will use data to understand, interpret and own customer/channel performance, taking a proactive approach in quickly resolving any potential challenges to achieving objectives.
