In the Head of Brand Marketing B2B role, you’ll apply your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands to help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

This role will be part of Kimberly-Clark's International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact.
As Kimberly-Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world-class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid-2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements.

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Leader to take charge of the Kimberly-Clark Professional brand across the UKI region.
This is a high-profile role where you’ll shape how we go to market, influence innovation, and partner closely with commercial teams to fuel growth.

Size & Complexity: Kimberly-Clark Professional, United Kingdom & Ireland (ABU), a lead commercial geography within the Kimberly-Clark International Family Care & Professional (IFP) Sector.

Reports To: UK & Ireland Marketing Director, IFP
Role Accountabilities
Talent Management
* Leads and manages a full-service, multi-disciplined marketing team for KCP UKI including Brand, Customer, Channel & Performance Marketing team members
* Effectively manages the performance of and builds talent in the team through a best-in-class approach to recruitment, development and retention
Marketing Leadership
* Responsible for delivering the P&L for the UKI Professional business
* Develops & executes business plans (3-year SBP & 12-month ABP) in collaboration with the UKI Commercial and IFP Growth Teams
* Decides strategic priorities for the UKI market, brand & category focus, required innovation / renovation pathway and commercial program execution
* Leads Go-to-market optimization and Channel/Customer strategy development in conjunction with the country sales leaders
* Manages the selection, ongoing relationship & annual performance management of all marketing agencies
* Close partnership with Commercial Director, KCP to ensure integrated collaboration between Sales and Marketing teams
Standard Work
* Actively visits strategic customers and channel partners to capture insights and check and adjust marketing programs
* Works with IFP Central Marketing & Commercial Excellence Teams to co-create, adopt and apply key business process
Education & Experience
Essential:
* Bachelor Degree, in business-related discipline
* Extensive experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behaviour
* Proven team leadership with a strong focus on mentoring and coaching.
We’re seeking someone who leads by example, develops others, and builds high-performing, collaborative teams.
* P&L management
* Diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities and translating to business opportunities
* Managing & successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships
* Demonstrated personal credibility through strong communication skills, achieving results, and trusted relationships
* Experience in a B2B environment
Preferred:
* Masters / MBA with concentration in Marketing
* Sales Experience
Commercial / Functional Skills

The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong segmentation and targeting expertise, and a digital-first approach to omni-channel marketing.
You will excel in developing innovative products, solutions, and business models, and have a track record of successful commercialization through consultative sales and channel partnerships.
With deep business and organizational acumen—including P&L management and market insight, you will make informed decisions quickly, thrive in ambiguity, and build strong cross-functional networks.
