    We are currently recruiting for a Cold Store Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The role offers consistent weekday hours, paid breaks, and excellent overtime rates.
    The Role:
    ⦁ Working in a temperature-controlled environment
    ⦁ Rotating duties: 30 minutes in the freezer / 30 minutes out
    ⦁ General warehouse duties
    ⦁ Wrapping, packing, and stacking pallets
    ⦁ Preparing goods for dispatch
    ⦁ Maintaining a clean and safe working area
    What We’re Looking For:
    ⦁ Good written and spoken English
    ⦁ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
    ⦁ Comfortable working in cold conditions
    ⦁ Able to work as part of a team
    ⦁ Previous warehouse or cold store experience desirable but not essential
    What’s On Offer:

The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, understanding client requirements, and working out material, labour, and production costs – all while making sure everything meets industry codes like ASME and API.
