Our Account Manager has a knack for the following skills:Account Management & StrategyBuild and execute enterprise account plans, including defining strategies to expand share of wallet within existing customers by addressing whitespace opportunities.Work closely with product and customer success teams to expand adoption of Player Engagement services.Act as the single point of contact for customer health, including overall account strategy, legal and billing discussions, and increasing overall customer usage of Helpshift platform and services.Work with the production team to protect revenues.Receive & respond to customer RFIs/RFPs.Use existing networks within the games industry to open doors and create net new opportunities for Keywords with a focus on introducing Player Engagement Services.AnalyticsReport on weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline opportunities and progress toward quarterly revenue goals.CommunicationWork cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on account strategy and customer objectives.Communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders (CxO, Studio Head, SVP, VP) to maintain strong customer relationships.Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to enterprise clients.You’d be a great fit for this role if you have:5–7+ years of Account Management experience supporting Game Industry customers.Experience engaging with game publishers at executive levels (CxO, Studio Head, SVP, VP).Proven experience managing and growing an existing book of business in excess of $20M+ ACV.Experience selling to or working within the Player Engagement ecosystem.Strong critical thinking, commercial creativity, and process-driven execution.Data-driven mentality and ability to work through ambiguity.High attention to detail and ability to perform as a trusted advisor for customers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment.Willingness to travel as required.

See www.keywordsstudios.com for further information.Requirements  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES·       Further develop and maintain a strategic privacy programme, aligning it with business objectives while minimising risk and ensuring the protection of client and employee information across all media types.·       Design an agile AI governance framework that facilitates rapid, safe adoption of Generative AI and ML tools, ensuring engineering teams have clear 'guardrails' to innovate without roadblocking development.·       Design and implement a scalable 'core-flex' operating model, optimising cost-efficiency by leveraging offshore/nearshore capabilities for routine high-volume tasks (e.g., initial DSAR triage, vendor assessments) while maintaining strategic third-party partnerships to provide on-demand surge capacity for incident response and peak business activity.·       Drive and lead internal awareness and training programs specifically on responsible AI and ethical data practices related to machine learning models.·       Collaborate with the organisation’s senior management and various departments, including the production, information security, legal and HR teams to develop, implement and maintain the governance structure for its privacy programme and to embed responsible AI principles (including fairness, transparency, accountability, and security).·       Collaborate with information security to align policies, practices, investigations with the information security framework.·       Serve as the organisation’s leader for privacy compliance and the subject matter expert on privacy matters, collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels to provide guidance and support.·       Drive the selection, implementation, and management of Privacy and AI Governance tooling (e.g., consent management platforms, data discovery tools, ML Ops governance plugins) to automate compliance and reduce manual overhead. Partner with Data Engineering to integrate privacy controls directly into the data lake and pipeline architecture.·       Establish and maintain privacy policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
