Working closely with senior account managers, engineering, and operations teams, you’ll help maintain smooth communication between KeTech and our clients.You’ll develop a strong understanding of our products and services while learning how to manage accounts effectively — an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a technology-driven environment.Key responsibilities include:Support senior account managers with day-to-day client communications and sales coordination.Help manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and meeting targets.Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for client review.Track sales progress and maintain accurate account records.Attend client meetings and assist with presentations or reviews.Identify opportunities to improve service and strengthen customer relationships.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver on our commitments.We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn.
