Product Manager (AI/ML, CRM, API, SaaS Products) Want to help build a product function from the ground up? This is an opportunity to join a business at the early stages of its product journey, where you'll have genuine ownership, influence how product is approached, and play a key role in shaping the future of the function. If you thrive in startup, scale-up or greenfield environments, enjoy solving ambiguous problems, and want to build rather than inherit, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Why Join? This isn't a maintenance role. It's a builder role. From day one, you'll have the opportunity to: Take real ownership of products and product strategy. Shape user journeys and experiences across greenfield initiatives. Introduce and embed product thinking across the wider business. Work on real software applications, including AI and machine learning products—not just websites. Help build a product function that's still evolving. Develop into future Product Lead or Head of Product opportunities as the team grows. For the right person, this is a genuine opportunity to make a lasting impact while accelerating your own career. What You'll Be Doing You'll own products from discovery through to delivery, ensuring every initiative is driven by genuine user needs and measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Defining and owning product vision and outcome-based roadmaps. Leading product discovery to identify real customer problems and opportunities. Prioritising work based on value, impact and commercial outcomes. Collaborating with Engineering, UX and third-party technology partners to deliver scalable digital products. Defining product KPIs and measuring success against clear outcomes. Championing product thinking across the organisation and helping mature product practices. Your initial focus will be on improving core customer journeys, including onboarding and key workflow experiences, while supporting the continued evolution of AI-enabled products. What We're Looking For We're looking for a true Product Manager - someone who starts with the problem, not the solution. You'll ideally have: 3–5 years' experience as a Product Manager. Strong product discovery skills and a user-centric mindset. Experience delivering software applications rather than purely content-led websites. Experience working within Agile product and engineering teams. Experience working with third-party technology vendors. Confidence defining KPIs and measuring product success. A passion for introducing and embedding product thinking within growing organisations. Who This Role Suits You'll probably enjoy this role if you: Thrive in environments where product is still evolving. Enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity. Like solving messy, undefined problems. Want meaningful ownership rather than simply managing delivery. Are excited by the opportunity to influence product strategy and grow into future leadership roles. The Bigger Picture You won't be joining a mature product function—you'll be helping build one. That means genuine influence, the opportunity to shape how product is done, and the chance to leave a lasting mark on both the products and the organisation. If you're looking for a role where you can help define product direction, work on meaningful AI-enabled products, and position yourself for future product leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
