Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Take accurate orders and operate the point-of-sale system.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and food items according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and customer spaces in line with health and safety standards.
Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth store operations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide support during busy periods.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and food hygiene requirements.
Assist with training of new team members when needed.
