    Job Title: Wireless Network Engineer – UK Based (Warwick)Location: Warwick, UK (Hybrid)About the Role:We’re supporting one of our clients on a large-scale UK network modernisation programme in Warwick. The engagement focuses on enhancing network reliability, security, and user experience across office and industrial environments.We are looking for an experienced UK-based Wireless Network Engineer to design, deploy, and optimise enterprise Wi-Fi solutions, lead surveys and design work, and support lifecycle upgrades.Key Responsibilities:Conduct wireless surveys (predictive & onsite) using Ekahau and other tools.Design, deploy, and optimise enterprise WLAN solutions (Cisco/Aruba).Troubleshoot complex Wi-Fi issues including authentication, interference, and performance degradation.Produce and maintain Low-Level Designs (LLDs), Bills of Materials (BoM), and deployment documentation.Support Wi-Fi lifecycle management including hardware upgrades, software updates, and capacity planning.Work closely with IT, operations, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions.Contribute to standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the network engineering chapter.Required Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless administration (mandatory).Enterprise WLAN technologies experience – Cisco, Aruba.Deep understanding of RF fundamentals, 802.11 standards (Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7), WLAN authentication (802.1X, EAP, RADIUS).Proficiency with wireless survey tools (Ekahau, Hamina, etc.).Experience with ISE, Aruba ClearPass, or similar NAC solutions.Experience with 5G cellular-enabled networking platforms (Cradlepoint or similar).Ability to interpret network analytics, performance data, and incident trends.Excellent communication skills and engagement with technical and non-technical stakeholders.UK-based with the ability to travel ad-hoc to client sites.Desirable Certifications:CWNP (CWNA, CWDP, CWSP, CWNE)Cisco Wireless (CCNP/CCIE Wireless)Aruba Expert (ACMP, ACDP, ACCX)Why Join?Work on a high-profile UK network modernisation programme.Exposure to enterprise WLAN design, Wi-Fi lifecycle upgrades, and SDWAN integration.Collaborative environment with a focus on technical excellence.How to Apply:If you are an experienced Wireless Network Engineer and want to make an impact, please apply with your CV or contact Neha Arora for more details.
