Main responsibilities As a member of the London based investment team, you will actively contribute to the origination and execution of transactions, from sourcing opportunities through to structuring and closing. You will be expected to assume significant levels of responsibility, demonstrating intellectual curiosity, leadership, and strong analytical capabilities. Knowledge of, or a genuine passion for, the maritime transportation industry is considered a strong asset. We provide long-term liquidity and credit solutions following a fundamental and disciplined approach, based on our knowledge of the European small and mid-cap corporate market and our extensive professional network. /p p strong We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support the Chief Fund Structuring Officer in all legal, fund governance, corporate, and regulatory matters across the firms private debt platform. /strong /p p The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fund launches, fund maintenance, transaction execution, regulatory compliance, and investor-related legal documentation.
