This position offers significant exposure to fund structuring, alternative investments, and cross-border private debt transactions. /p p strong Primary responsibilities will include: /strong /p p strong Fund Structuring Legal Documentation /strong /p ul li Assist in the establishment, restructuring, and winding up investment funds and related entities. /li li Coordinate with external legal counsel, fund administrators, depositaries, auditors, and regulatory authorities. /li li Maintain fund constitutional documents, partnership agreements, offering memoranda, and side letters. /li li Assist in reviewing, managing, and organizing transaction documentation related to private debt investments. /li li Coordinate the execution of legal agreements, including NDAs, Engagement letters, Loan agreements, Fund subscription agreement, and other legal documentation. /li li Manage legal document execution processes and maintain electronic document repositories. /li li Support closing processes and legal conditions precedent tracking. /li li Maintain investor side letter trackers and governance obligations. /li /ul p strong Regulatory Compliance Support /strong /p ul li Assist with maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. /li li Support regulatory filings and reporting obligations. /li li Maintain registers and records required under applicable regulations. /li li Coordinate regulatory requests and information gathering exercises. /li /ul p strong Legal Operations /strong /p ul li Maintain legal databases, templates, and document management systems. /li li Track legal costs and external counsel invoices. /li li Improve legal and governance processes through standardization and automation initiatives. /li li Support special projects led by the Chief Fund Structuring Officer. /li /ul p strong Qualifications /strong /p ul li Bachelors degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Law, Corporate Law, or equivalent. /li li 2-5 years of relevant experience within Asset management, Private debt/private credit, Fund administration and having technical knowledge is a plus /li li Understanding of: /li li Alternative Investment Funds /li li Fund structures (RAIF, SICAV, SCSp, LP structures) /li li Regulatory filings and compliance processes /li li Private debt transaction documentation /li /ul p strong Personal Attributes /strong /p ul li A positive “can do” attitude. /li li Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. /li li Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. /li li Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with investment, operations, compliance, and finance teams. /li /ul p /p
