As we grow our global footprint across the UK and US, we are seeking a confident, detail-oriented Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to lead the planning, build and delivery of high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, retention and revenue.You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage our audiences across email, app push, and in-app channels, driving measurable business impact by owning campaign creation, automation, audience segmentation, and performance optimisation across our CEP and CDP ecosystems.Reporting to the Director of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, and working across both B2C (drivers and space owners) and B2B audiences, you’ll build, execute, and continuously improve best-in-class lifecycle and marketing communications that deliver value to our customers and support key business objectives.What you’ll doCampaign Strategy and DeliveryLead the planning, build, QA, and deployment of B2C and B2B campaigns across email, app push, and in-app channelsPartner cross-functionally with Product, Brand, and Integrated Marketing teams to align CRM activity with key campaigns and product momentsOwn and maintain the central CRM campaign calendar, ensuring campaign sequencing and coordination across channels and seasonal themesShape creative briefs for design and copy teams, review assets, and provide clear, actionable feedbackEnsure templates and content follow brand, accessibility, and engagement best practicesAct as the CRM channel expert in cross-functional planning, providing strategic input and executional guidanceAutomation and Lifecycle JourneysDesign, test, and optimise automated customer journeys including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation flowsBuild and iterate lifecycle communications using behavioural data and performance insightsCollaborate with Product and Data teams to ensure event triggers, automation logic, and integrations support personalisation at scaleContinuously improve lifecycle efficiency through automation, AI-assisted optimisation, and experimentationAudience Targeting and SegmentationDefine and manage precise audience segmentation using CDP data pipelinesPartner with Data and Analytics teams to ensure segmentation accuracy, data consistency, and audience readinessTranslate customer insights into actionable targeting strategies and dynamic audience builds for personalised, improving speed, accuracy, and scalabilityRequirements5+ years experience with CRM or lifecycle marketing campaign management within a digital-first, high-growth, or product-led businessProven ability to own campaign strategy and delivery end-to-end across multiple channels (email, push, in-app), balancing creative excellence with data-driven decision-makingHands-on experience with Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP) such as Bloomreach, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including complex workflow management and automationFamiliarity with Hightouch, Segment, or comparable CDPs,     About the roleThe Lead Frontend Engineer is responsible for leading and evolving the frontend engineering strategy across JustPark's web platforms. The position involves technical leadership of the frontend engineering squad, architectural oversight, and ensuring high-quality delivery of frontend solutions that serve millions of users globally across our customer-facing applications, internal tools, and client portals.What You'll Be Working OnTo give you more of an idea of the kind of projects you'll be leading, here are initiatives similar to what our frontend teams deliver: Leading the internationalisation and white-labelling of products to support customers in multiple countries Overseeing the evolution and adoption of our reusable component library across multiple projects Architecting new customer service tools, internal platforms and delivering new features in our customer environments Driving frontend performance optimisation initiatives to improve conversion rates Leading the migration and modernisation of legacy frontend systems Establishing comprehensive testing strategies and improving code coverage Coordinating frontend architecture decisions with mobile and backend teams Responsibilities Lead and mentor a squad of 3 frontend engineers across multiple web platforms Drive technical excellence and best practices in frontend development Architect and oversee the implementation of new features across customer-facing and internal applications Balance maintenance of existing systems with innovation in new features and platforms Collaborate with product, design teams, and other engineering squads to deliver exceptional user experiences Establish and maintain technical standards for frontend engineering Strong technical background in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in an agile environment Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and best practices Deep knowledge of React, Redux (including Redux Toolkit), Next.js, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) Strong understanding of internationalisation (i18n) and localisation practices Experience with component library development and design system implementation Knowledge of frontend testing strategies (Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library, Storybook) Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Understanding of web
