Role Description You will use your commercial expertise, playing a central role in shaping and executing GTM and customer acquisition strategies. Your key focus will be on driving revenue growth, securing new customers and increasing brand awareness. The successful individual will be responsible for their own performance and expected to directly hold their own business development targets, with the capacity to begin building a team within 3-6 months. The role holder will attend Senior Leadership meetings as required and will report monthly to the Directors. You will manage all completed candidates in our bootcamp candidates to be proactive in self-sourcing outcomes, giving them the skills to be proactive in finding progressions. As a key focus of the role, you will offer training and support in areas like LinkedIn Profiles, Self-Search, Application Processes, Enhanced CV and Cover Letter Writing & Interview Preparation. Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, delivering employability workshops, face to face meetings and business development telephone calling. You will always promote the Just IT range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for our clients – not selling a solution that doesn’t fit. This is a commercial and target focused role, you will be expected to convert learners into interviews but primarily placements.
