Your Role as a Sports Lecturer We’re looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who can deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across sport programmes. Daily responsibilities will include: * Deliver inspiring lessons: Plan and teach practical sessions and theory lessons that meet awarding body requirements and engage different learning styles. * Assess and track progress: Carry out formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback and maintain accurate learner records. * Design practical opportunities: Develop coaching, officiating and vocational activities that build learners’ employability and technical skills. * Support learner development: Mentor and tutor learners, provide personalised support and signpost careers, apprenticeships and further study. * Safeguard and promote wellbeing: Maintain a safe learning environment and follow Juniper’s safeguarding and inclusion policies. * Contribute to centre life: Support open days, enrichment, work placements and external partnerships to enhance the learner experience.
