Located in the heart of Bath, this award-winning hotel is entering an exciting new chapter, with a major expansion underway. DAY TO DAY As Duty Manager, you'll be a visible leader, working alongside the reception, housekeeping, and future restaurant teams to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience from arrival through to departure. You'll be responsible for: Leading the hotel operation during your shift. Supporting and supervising reception, restaurant and housekeeping teams. Working on reception and assisting with food and beverage service when required. Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example. Handling guest queries and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Maintaining the highest presentation standards throughout the hotel. Coordinating communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Coaching, motivating and developing team members. Assisting with the training and onboarding of new colleagues. Ensuring health, safety and operational procedures are consistently followed. WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role within a quality hotel. A genuine passion for boutique hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys supporting and developing others. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities. A positive, professional and guest-focused approach. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Typical shifts currently include: 7:00am - 3:00pm 3:00pm - 11:00pm FOR YOU Competitive salary.   Juice Recruitment are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Credit Controller to join our finance team based in Cirencester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's sales ledger, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting healthy cash flow across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has strong communication and problem solving skills DAY TO DAY: Proactively manage and maintain the sales ledger. Chase outstanding customer payments by telephone, email, and written correspondence. Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms. Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries promptly and professionally. Reconcile customer accounts and allocate incoming payments accurately. Prepare and distribute aged debt reports to management. Review customer credit limits and recommend changes where appropriate. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring effective debt recovery. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues. Assist with month-end reporting and finance administration. Ensure all credit control activities comply with company policies and procedures. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Previous experience in a Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable AAT qualification or studying towards AAT (preferred but not essential). Experience working within a busy finance department. Working as the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service throughout their vehicle's journey. DAY TO DAY: Welcoming customers and carrying out vehicle check ins upon arrival. Creating and managing job cards using the internal CRM system. Understanding customer requirements and communicating these effectively to the workshop team. Providing regular updates to customers via telephone, email and face to face. Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments. Explaining completed work and any additional recommendations to customers. Ordering parts and supporting stock management where required. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems. Building strong, lasting relationships with customers through honest, transparent communication.
