Reward Partner (12-Month FTC) Salary Range: £70,000 - £80,000 Location: London - 3 days a week hybrid working I'm currently partnering with a well-known, fashion-led business to appoint a Reward Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced reward professional to join a highly recognisable brand at an exciting stage of growth and transformation. Reporting into the Head of Reward/People leadership team, you'll take ownership of compensation-related activity across the business, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders to deliver a commercially focused reward agenda. This role would suit someone who enjoys combining strategic reward work with hands-on delivery and thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. The Opportunity As Reward Partner, you'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organisation's compensation programmes, ensuring they remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to business objectives. You'll play a key role in reward projects, annual compensation cycles, market benchmarking, and providing expert advice to stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert guidance on compensation matters. Lead salary benchmarking exercises and utilise market data to inform pay decisions and reward strategy. Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation frameworks and salary structures. Manage and deliver annual salary review and bonus processes. Provide analysis and modelling to support reward decisions and workforce planning. Ensure pay decisions are aligned to internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. Produce reward reporting, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders. Support pay equity initiatives, including gender pay gap reporting and analysis. Contribute to reward-related projects, organisational change programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Review and enhance reward policies, processes, and governance frameworks. Partner closely with Finance and People teams to ensure effective reward planning and execution. About You We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate: Proven experience in a Reward, Compensation, or Total Rewards position. Strong technical knowledge of compensation principles and reward practices. Experience managing salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benchmarking activity. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights. Strong stakeholder management experience, with the confidence to influence and challenge where appropriate.
