We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? You'll drive day-to-day activities on our metering schemes as part of our Operations Team and will be based in the Thames Valley area, but we may also need you to cover other sites when needed. You'll lead site teams, and will report to the Programme Manager. We'll need you to set clear daily and weekly targets along with co-ordinating resources, and ensure delivery to the highest standards. You’ll support SHEQ, conduct toolbox talks, manage quality, liaise with clients and highways, and always ensure water quality regulations are met. We'll need you to assure teams are compliant with site's and systems and ,make sure all relevant training and qualifications of teams are up to date and valid. Carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance on traffic signals. Join our expert maintenance team — where your electrical skills and fault-finding talent make a real impact. This role will is to work within a 24/7 365 environment and will have 12 hour shifts, based on 4 on and 4 off, covering both days and nights What you’ll do: Perform planned and reactive maintenance of traffic signals Attend faults on site as required by the contract Interrogate equipment controllers of all types and carry out fault analysis Complete daily work sheets Carry out periodic inspections in line with the contract Carry out risk assessments and method statements Production of completed test results.
