This role will be within our Electricity Transmission team. We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be ensuring that all customers are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner. You'll provide support to the Customer Experience Team in the daily functions of the department. Ensuring that all operations are completed, handling inbound and outbound calls.
