    Service Desk Analyst – London – 6-month FTC - £38-42k (pro rata)
    We are currently working with a highly reputable financial services provider that is actively recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract.
    Our client is looking for somebody who can provide 1st and 2nd line technical support in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on excellent customer service.
    Responsibilities:
    Troubleshooting IT issues and requests at 1st/2nd line level Providing support on mobile phones and laptops Using Active Directory for managing permissions Troubleshooting on AV equipment Ensuring call queues are maintained to ensure SLAs are met Escalating third line issues appropriately
    Key Skills required:
    Experience providing IT support in a similar professional services environment Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and other Microsoft products, e.g. MS Office, Office 365, Teams, Exchange Active Directory administration experience Experience supporting VOIP technologies ITIL foundation qualification or experience in ITIL environments A desire to provide first class customer service Excellent communication skills

    Payroll Manager – Manchester - Hybrid - £45,000 - £50,000pa
    JNC are working with a leading professional services client in Manchester that are looking to bring on an experienced Payroll Manager.
    This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning organisation with a strong reputation.
    The role is hybrid, with a requirement to travel to the Manchester office 1 - 2 days a week.
    Responsibilities:
    Day to day responsibility of payroll management. Plan workload and Payroll cycles. Ensure work is in line with payroll processes. Resolve, support and advise on Payroll queries. Advise on Payroll legislation. Provide scheduled payroll reports. Regular updates of payroll documentation.
    Key Experience:
    Over 3 years experience in a Payroll Manager role. Must have experience in UK Payroll Administration. Must have experience with Oracle HR and Payroll.     I am working with a growing professional services client that are looking to bring on a Senior Platform Engineer that is passionate about automation and deploying and optimising cloud infrastructure in AWS.
    This is a senior position and fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping, delivering, designing and securing the organisations AWS cloud infrastructure. Sitting between the development and infrastructure teams.
