It has historically been focused on real estate but has diversified into real assets and is diversifying further into Energy & Infrastructure. The team works as a single pan-EMEA business from its bases in London, Madrid, Frankfurt and Amsterdam, covering all EMEA territories. JLL’s E&IA team is a market leading specialist financial advisor to developers and investors in renewable energy and infrastructure across a range of technologies including Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Onshore and Offshore Wind, Bioenergy, Energy Trading, and ancillary infrastructure across EMEA. Job OverviewThis role will be responsible for growing the E&IA practice within Debt & Structured Finance through direct business origination and working on the refinement and delivery of our growth strategy. Reporting into the Co-Head, Debt & Structured Finance EMEA and working closely with the Lead - Energy & Infrastructure Advisory, EMEA, they will collaborate closely with colleagues across the EMEA and Global Debt andE&IA and wider Capital Markets teams, leveraging their own network and the strength of the JLL brand to build and nurture client relationships and generate revenue. This is a vital Director-level role building and running a collegiate, networked and productive Debt practice in Energy & Infrastructure.
