Transaction ManagerAbout The RoleThe Transaction Manager serves as an embedded in-house resource working directly at the client's location, responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions while representing both client interests and maintaining service excellence standards. Working closely with internal client stakeholders and external brokers, the role is to ensure timely, compliant, and value-driven execution of real estate strategies that support the client’s operational and financial objectives. This role requires a strategic approach to transaction management with a strong emphasis on relationship building and client advocacy.Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction ManagementLead and execute the complete transaction lifecycle for leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and renewals across EMEA and APACDevelop and implement transaction strategies aligned with client's business objectives and real estate portfolio goalsSelect and onboard local market brokers based on the client’s criteria, track record, and market expertise.Drive consistent application of the client’s global real estate transaction processes, including compliance with internal policies, approval workflows, and regulatory standards.Coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessmentPrepare, negotiate, and review transaction documentation including LOIs, proposals, lease agreements, and purchase contractsTrack critical milestones and deadlines to ensure timely execution and reportingClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary day-to-day point of contact between client stakeholders and the broader real estate services teamDevelop deep understanding of client's business operations, culture, and strategic prioritiesProvide strategic counsel to client's real estate decision-makers and leadership teamFacilitate regular strategy and status meetings with client representativesIdentify emerging client needs and coordinate appropriate resources to address themCreate and deliver customized reporting aligned with client's specific requirementsProactively manage client expectations and maintain transparent communication throughout all transactionsBuild trust through consistent delivery of results and exceptional service qualityStakeholder CoordinationManage relationships with brokers, attorneys, architects, contractors, and other service providersLead cross-functional project teams to ensure aligned execution and deliveryCoordinate with internal departments including finance, legal, and project managementInterface with landlords, sellers, and their representatives to advance transaction objectivesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate transactions with demonstrated client relationship management skillsProven track record of successfully managing complex transactions from inception to completionExperience working in an embedded client service model or corporate real estate environmentStrong knowledge of market conditions, industry trends, and transaction structuresExcellent presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levelsReal estate license and/or relevant industry certifications preferredSkillsStrategic problem-solving with ability to overcome transaction obstaclesAdvanced negotiation techniques and deal structuring capabilitiesSuperior client service orientation with consultative approachFinancial analysis and modelling proficiencyExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong project management and organizational abilitiesAdaptability to different corporate cultures and work environmentsAbility to influence without formal authorityWorking ConditionsPrimarily based at client's location with regular integration into client's real estate teamMay require occasional travel to support transactions across client's portfolioMust maintain appropriate balance representing both client and firm interestsAbility to navigate complex client organizational structuresRegular reporting to both client leadership and internal managementPerformance MetricsTransaction execution quality and timeline adherenceClient satisfaction and relationship developmentValue creation and financial outcomes of transactionsProcess improvement and innovationCollaboration effectiveness with client teams and service providers#LI-JA1Location: On-site –London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
