RESPONSIBILITIES Service, repair, fault find and install a wide range of industrial door systems Diagnose problems and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard Represent the business professionally when on site with customers Provide excellent customer service at all times Participate in the call out rota including evenings and weekends when required Follow health and safety procedures throughout all work carried out QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience as an Industrial Door Engineer (essential) Confident working independently on site Excellent customer service and communication skills IPAF and PASMA certifications (preferred) Full UK driving licence (essential) Based in or around the Colchester area Flexible approach to working hours including participation in the call out rota WHAT WE OFFER Salary starting from £42,120 increasing with experience and knowledge Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Overtime opportunities available Call out rota with additional earning potential Christmas bonus, end of year bonus and project bonuses to reward hard work Company nights out, Christmas parties and end of year events including past experiences such as rally driving and shooting days Long term, stable position within a well-established family run business Outstanding industry reputation with the majority of work from repeat business and recommendations JBRP1_UKTJ
