    What will you do in the role?
    As an Associate Solutions Developer, you’ll help deliver innovative data and analytics solutions to enhance Engineering & Maintenance operations. You’ll support predictive maintenance and condition monitoring, working cross-functionally to drive digital transformation.

By proving leadership, guidance and and supervision to the Dispatch team on shift , our Station Controllers  plays a pivotal role in driving forward  both our on time performance and our safety first culture. 
    What will you do  in the role?Supervise and lead the Dispatch Team on shift, overseeing daily work and flight allocation.Acting as the main point of contact between the operational control centre, Front of House, Flight Deck, and all third party service providers.Carry out pre-shift preparation including confirmation of all pre-flight checks and the coordination of all turnarounds across the shift.Ensure the completion of accurate and timely post flight reports.Responsible for upholding the legal requirements for a safe and correct turnaround with regards to hold baggage and cargo proceduresProvide guidance and effective response to programme disruption and flight delays.This is a varied and fulfilling role with a focus on operational responsibility. This position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires flexibility to support our flight programme. Shifts will cover our 24/7 operation and will include working weekends and bank holidays.
