    What you’ll be doing:  
     Own and refine requirements by capturing them as clear, testable user stories and defining acceptance criteria aligned with industry best practices. Collaborate closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of scope and outcomes, using agile ceremonies such as ‘3-amigos’ and ‘Refinement’ sessions. Model business processes and solutions through workflows, user journey maps, and other visual artefacts to demonstrate as-is and to-be solutions. Build and maintain subject matter expertise by developing a deep understanding of our products, systems, and business processes, enabling you to provide informed guidance and support to teams. Understand and document any areas of risk, dependencies, or compliance impacts.  Work hand in hand with across different internal departments to understand the needs of the business and document how our systems are used.Coach, mentor, and line manage Business Analysts, supporting their professional growth and day-to-day development.  Take an active role in shaping the BA community, contributing to best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support Lead BAs with complex analysis, providing expertise and insight to tackle challenging business problems and system interactions.

    What will you do in the role?
    As a Short Term Planner, you will:Plan and control scheduled and ad-hoc aircraft maintenance within a 7‑day period.Work with the Operational Department and Maintenance Control to maximise utilisation of maintenance slots.Ensure all scheduled line maintenance is planned in accordance with required processes and timelines.Liaise with engineering teams to support maintenance delivery across the network.Maintain an appropriate buffer of planned line maintenance ahead of delivery.Monitor Out of Phase work packages and communicate updates to Line Stations.Track LMWR items and Acceptable Deferred Defects requiring maintenance slots, coordinating with engineers and Maintenance Control.
