    As our new HR Systems Administrator (HRIS) you will support the on-going maintenance and development of business-critical HR Systems. This includes incident and problem management, high quality and accurate reporting and providing support for on-going projects and system improvements.

     Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications.Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the HR systems used within the organisation.Run and distribute the weekly and daily reports to the business as required.Update and maintain all support system documentation and the Sharepoint to ensure accurate information is available at all time.Support the onboarding of new employees by creating new user accounts when required, as well as supporting resolving user accounts issues with IT Service Desk.Manage incidents and problem tickets raised, ensuring clear communication and resolution within the timeframe agreed.Support further development of the HR systems to ensure that business processes are aligned and optimised. This includes supporting critical system maintenance such as the half year releases and HRSP’s.
    What you'll have:
     An understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee data management.Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex HR processes.Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Experience in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Excel, Tableau or similar platform.Experience with ServiceNow would be desireable but not essential. Join us as we redefine travel experiences and create memories for millions of passengers.     Job Description:Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are seeking an exceptional Head of Enterprise Architecture to join our Technology Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering Jet2.com and Jet2holidays technology architecture roadmap to support our business transformation, and our route to a more data-enabled and MACH-based solution architecture.

    You'll champion innovation across the technology department, fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking solutions. You'll be expected to actively maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging technologies, continuously assessing their relevance and potential impact for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. 

    The role does not have direct reporting responsibilities but will work closely with and lead- through appropriate governance - Solution Architects sitting in Application, Data, Infrastructure and Security teams, to coordinate best practice across all areas.

    Please note this is a hybrid role, working from our Leeds City Centre offices Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

    What you’ll be doing:
