What the role involvesLeading and managing commercial agency instructions - covering sales, lettings and acquisitions.Building and developing your own client network of landlords, developers, investors and occupiers.Conducting market appraisals, preparing marketing strategies, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through disposals and acquisitions.Providing strategic, market-savvy advice to clients on commercial property opportunities.Identifying and driving growth opportunities to expand the agency offering.Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the professional development of the wider team.Keeping abreast of local market trends, investment activity and legislative/market changes.What we're looking forMRICS-qualified - or suitably experienced with transferrable skills; we value potential as much as pedigree.Minimum ~5 years' experience in commercial agency, ideally with familiarity with the Cambridge market.Strong client-facing and business development capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and proven negotiation and analytical skills.Good interpersonal skills, able to build and manage relationships with a broad and diverse client base.Solid understanding of local and regional commercial property markets.What's in it for you
