    As part of the leadership group within the Transition Team, help to develop transition procedures and ensure all colleagues follow correct processes. Managing more junior members of the team. Developing colleagues' transition expertise, including taking a lead on training and knowledge sharing. Taking ownership of buy-in and buy-out projects to deliver them within strict time constraints. Taking a leading role in research related to transitions (specialising in an area such as custody, FX or Transition Managers). Maintain contacts at investment managers and utilising these to deliver optimal oues for clients. Responsible for oversight/checking of largeplex transition exercises: checking project plans and the associated timelines, checking any documentation required for the projects, and stepping in to progress difficult issues Act as mentor/coach/performance manager to more junior members of the team. Produce/check final draft instructions for execution and finalising client. correspondence required for clients to execute transition projects. Ensure reliable audit trails and backing should issues arise. Improve transition processes to help implement more efficient solutions for clients. Produce/approve scopes and fee quotes for a range of possible activities. Manage project budgets and tracking financials to meet firm efficiency target. Perform the role of a transition expert whom colleagues in the wider firm cane to for questions. Maintain external contacts and looking for business development opportunities. Attend client meetings and pitches where opportunities arise.

    We are seeking a pensions project administrator/analyst to work in our newly created specialist Administration Project Implementations Team.

    You will be responsible for the delivery of technical administration projects

    The types of projects you may be asked to work on will include, but is not limited to, the following: GMP reconciliation projects; benefit analysis and rectification work; De-risking activity including projects relating to insurance transactions; individual technical or high priority cases;; data work; .CETV Top Up Exercises and No Further Liability exercises.

    What does the role entail?
    Project Delivery: Involvement in the planning, execution, and monitoring of pension administration projects, ensuring they arepleted on time and within budget. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of pension data. Identify and resolve discrepancies under supervision. Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues. Provide rmendations for improvement where necessary. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, team members, and third-party providers, to ensure effectivemunication and project delivery. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within pension administration projects.     What we're looking for
    Demonstrable experience of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes. Experience of working on bulk projects including GMP, Data Rectification of De-risking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience of working in a third-party administration environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly excel. Willingness to learn and develop in the field of pensions administration. Technical pensions and legislative knowledge and understanding would be advantageous.

Senior Technical & Quality Assurance Analyst The Technical & Quality Assurance team is responsible for handling and analysing complaints and errors identified within the Operational teams. They provide expert advice and lead on improvement activities by identifying technical issues and learning from areas of good practice. The team reports to the Head of Technical & Quality Assurance and supports the Operational teams and senior managers.
    Role and Responsibilities The main duties of the role will include: Complaint and error handling. Assisting and completing audits covering the ISO , AAF and PASA accreditations. Completion of internal quality assurance audits, reviewing representative samples against internal and external standards. Identifying measures and performance indicators and implementing process improvements. Keeping up to date with technical standards and ensuring these are communicated and implemented across the Operational teams in a timely manner. Complaints and Errors Responsible for complaint and error handling and analysis, writing responses to complaints and errors, highlighting trends and risks and making recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitoring the Complaint and Error log and working with teams to manage and resolve complaints satisfactorily to completion. Liaising with the Risk and Operational teams to agree actions for cases that have potential liability, IDRP involvement and/or risk to reputational damage. Audit Supporting audits covering the AAF, ISO and PASA accreditations. Implementing improvements identified in audits. Performing the Quality Manager role within the ISO Quality Management System. Quality Assurance Identifying measures and performance indicators to ensure standards and statutory and legislative requirements are attained. Completing regular internal quality assurance audits, providing constructive feedback and ensuring continuous improvement programmes are implemented across the Operational teams. Reporting on results and outcomes of quality assurance audits to senior management. Process / Best Practice Identifying, developing and implementing processes and procedures in line with best practice. Training individuals and teams to ensure adherence to internal quality standards and statutory and legislative requirements. Creating and maintaining a suite of standard letters, communications and member web to ensure compliance with internal standards and statutory and legislative requirements. Technical Communicate and embed technical and regulatory changes across the Operational teams. Attending internal and external meetings to provide technical support and guidance on related client administration issues. Provide concise technical and regulatory updates as well as nationwide projects (e.g. Pension Dashboard) for both internal and external parties including senior colleagues and clients. Answering technical queries from the Operational teams in conjunction with the Isio Research and Development team to deliver the right outcomes and outstanding customer service. Managing the technical enquiry mailbox. Maintain the content of Isio’s Technical information hub. Recording and publishing technical queries and updating and improving standard procedures as necessary. Experience and Competencies Required The ideal candidate will already be working within the Third-Party Administration sector and should possess strong communication and advanced numerical skills. They should be team orientated but also have the ability to work alone with minimal supervision. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and a logical approach to problem solving, as well as being curious on how things could be improved. They will have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. The experience and competencies that are required by an individual to successfully undertake this role are outlined below. Essential : Several years experience of delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
