The Lead RevOps Strategist & Platform Specialist will serve as the pivotal link between our business strategy and the technical execution of our end-to-end Revenue Operations (RevOps) platform. This role is far more than a traditional Business Analyst (BA); it is a "super BA" responsible for the functional design and continuous, strategic evolution of our Salesforce-based RevOps ecosystem, spanning Lead-to-Cash.
This role operates under the direction of the Platform Architect and requires a proactive leader who can strategically identify, design, and implement process, automation, and AI solutions to significantly reduce manual input and errors across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in business process optimization and the Salesforce platform within the context of complex financial and commercial operations, ideally within the data center or REIT industry.
    What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
    In this role, you will:
    • Architect Partnership & Strategic Translation: Work directly with the Platform Architect to translate the long-term platform strategy and technical roadmap into detailed, actionable functional requirements and user stories. Serve as the chief translator between holistic business needs across Sales, Finance, and Operations and platform capabilities, particularly for the interdependencies of the Lead-to-Cash process.
    • Process Optimization & Automation: Proactively identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and high-manual-input areas within current business processes. Become the primary functional expert for the Conga Quote-to-Cash suite (CPQ, CLM, Revenue, and Billing), designing and implementing complex pricing rules, contract automation workflows, and billing schedules within the Conga and Salesforce framework.
    • Requirements & Data Governance Ownership: Own the full requirements lifecycle, ensuring functional specifications align with the technical design and organizational objectives. Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all RevOps data for reporting and financial purposes.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications):
    The ideal candidate will have:
    • Experience: previous experience in a senior Business Analyst, Solutions Specialist, or equivalent RevOps role, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations.
    • Salesforce Expertise: Proven proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform, including advanced knowledge of declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules). Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are highly desired.
    • RevOps/CPQ Expertise: Hands-on, demonstrable experience with an enterprise Quote-to-Cash solution. Specific experience with the Conga suite (CPQ, CLM, and Revenue/Billing) is a significant advantage.
    • Industry Acumen: Experience or strong foundational understanding of data center operations, telecommunications, commercial real estate (REITs), or similar capital-intensive, recurring-revenue business models is highly preferred.
    • Key Soft Skills: Exceptional critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to define business problems and derive automation-centric solutions. Demonstrated experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework, including the ability to act as a Scrum Master or key contributor in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery of platform enhancements.
