The program provides an opportunity for outstanding college graduates to start a career in a dynamic and fast paced global FinTech firm. Analysts will spend the first 18 months of their career in 3 unique, 6-month rotations covering a broad range of ION's core capabilities. At the end of their 3 rotations analysts will transition to a deeper dive in one area of ION. LDP is available in New York, Chicago, Houston, Toronto, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and London.Analysts will spend their first rotation filling a business need in their home office. However, analysts have the opportunity to spend their second or third rotations in another location. What you'll doAs an LDP, you will be working at the forefront of the FinTech industry in teams with fellow analysts and experienced subject matter experts. After going through our thorough induction program, you will quickly be expected to take ownership of challenging projects that make a real difference to our company and our customers. You will gain exposure and extensive skills related to the different areas of ION's capabilities. This role may require shift work in the support of a 24x7 globally coordinated operation.
