    Marketing Campaign Coordinator

    About the team:
    This role sits within the Business Marketing and Events Team (BMET), supporting Private Banking and Investment Banking across all audiences and geographies.

    My Impact:
    You will coordinate, deliver, optimise and report on multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, commercial outcomes and meaningful client engagement.

    What the role will be covering:
    Private Banking – entrepreneurs, intermediaries, fund managers, international clients, city professionals, private FX, wealth via Rathbones, transactional banking, real estate, Investec Bank Channel Islands.
    Investment Banking – corporate broking, public M&A, IPOs, equities sales & trading, funds solutions, private M&A, direct lending, private equity, debt funds, energy & infrastructure, Europe & US markets, PE audiences, C‑suites and institutional investors.
    Corporate Banking – support during high‑demand periods.

    Core Responsibilities:
    • Support in creating campaign schedules aligned with strategy.
    • Assist in forming and managing campaign squads.
    • Work with channel experts, global teams, agencies and the SA Production Hub.
    • Act as key liaison for Traffic Manager and hub team.
    • Understand and communicate campaign briefs and OKRs.
    • Reinforce brand consistency and high creative standards.
    • Review assets and provide feedback.
    • Suggest improvements and in‑flight optimisations.
    • Support all campaign aspects: performance, budget, timelines, ROI.
    • Maintain best‑practice market knowledge.
    • Track commercial and macro‑economic themes.
    • Spot issues early, escalate professionally.
    • Use marketing tech and show interest in AI and productivity tools.
    • Produce mid‑campaign and end‑of‑campaign reports.

About the team The Funding & Trading Finance Team is a finance business partner to the Investment Banking, Global Markets and Bank Funding Group areas. We work closely with the Front office, Risk and Group Finance. What will I be doing? Provide clear, timely financial insight on trading and funding activity Support new products and funding structures from a finance and control perspective Maintain a robust control environment around P&L, balance sheet and hedge accounting You'll be part of a small, hands-on team where you'll have direct access to decision-makers and genuine scope to influence.
