Our client is looking to hire a Finance and Operations Assistant on a 30h a week permanent role, to support the smooth running of operations and finances, and help them deliver the best service to their members.
Role Details:
Location: Home-based (UK) with occasional travel for meetings or events
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £30, per annum FTE

Overview:
In this role, you'll work closely with the CEO on finance processes and admin, supporting supplier management, membership renewals, invoicing, and ad hoc admin duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
·Processing invoices, expenses, and payments, keeping all financial records up to date using QuickBooks
·Helping with bank reconciliations and reports for the COO
·Supporting supplier contracts and membership renewals and invoicing
·Answering queries from members and keep their details up to date on the database
·Working with the team to streamline and improve processes
About you:
This is a lovely role for someone who is good with numbers and familiar with financial administration; you will ideally have experience with a financial software (QuickBooks or equivalent) and be comfortable with Excel spreadsheets. An interest in the not-for-profit or publishing sector is an advantage.
